I have to smaller ones that measure approx 8.5" from the top point to the bottom between the two feet
I also have one larger one that mesures aprox 11" from the top point to the same point. The instructions that I hve are for the larger one. I have backed the smaller ones and just slpit the batter between them
and this works very well. I would use two if I wanted to put filling in the middle and one if I were trying
for detail work so that I would have a larger work area.
Alot of the ideas shown require star cookie cutters and I have several sizes from very tiny (1/2 ") to quite large
